Welcome! So glad you’ve found me here.

I’m Suzie Williams, a wellbeing coach, yoga teacher, hypnotherapist and holistic therapist.

My greatest wish is to help women like you discover and fulfil your own Abundant Potential.

I realised the power of having the right wellbeing tools and guidance after my own journey battling illness, anxiety and isolation during childhood. After an initial path as a registered nurse, I felt equipped with effective skills in listening, compassion, support and reassurance. However, I noticed that in the conventional health system there was limited focus on teaching people how to participate in their own healing.

I then followed a path of learning natural healing therapies to create the connection between the body, mind and spirit. I observed our state of wellbeing depends on having a balance between all three. Our emotions are a key part of whether we’re experiencing wellness or disease. I knew had had to do my own journey of healing on all levels of my being. This led me to yoga, life coaching, mindset and hypnotherapy…and along with a healthy dose of intuition, I finally felt I had found the last pieces of the puzzle!

As a therapist my focus is now to offer an alternative approach. I do this by empowering you with a variety of effective, evidence-based tools for wellbeing that I have cultivated into unique programs.

These come from years of experience studying and teaching massage, aromatherapy and energy healing, Bowen therapy, mindfulness, mindset, yoga, hypnotherapy and life coaching.
