Inclusive, welcoming, self-paced classes cater to all experience levels and can be adapted for injured clients.

Dru yoga is the ultimate ‘yoga of the heart’ helping to release stagnant energy and emotions creating a sense of inner calm and wellbeing. Dru classes have mindful, gentle, flowing poses and sequences that are activating, stretching, strengthening and soothing. Bringing relief from pain and stress, developing resilience and inner confidence. Classes end with a restorative, meditative relaxation ‘a beautiful reward for honouring yourself with quality time’.
After years of searching to find the right yoga practice for my body, I discovered Dru yoga. This transformational practice, became the key to opening up my mind and heart to true healing. Teaching Dru yoga, I have seen firsthand how quickly it changes the way people feel, move, think and live their lives.

Discover total relaxation in my Restorative Yoga classes.
You will be encouraged to find stillness in your body as you settle into simple yoga poses fully supported by props (bolsters, cushions, blankets, eye pillows).
Reset your body completely using techniques to calm the nervous system, release muscle fascia, restore energy and slow the mind.
It is very nourishing for your whole nervous system. The cumulative benefits are amazing, especially if you are feeling stressed, tired or overwhelmed. You will feel your whole body soften as your mind relaxes and …you will have the best sleep that night!

It is so important to take some special “Me Time” now and then. I run in-person and zoom yoga retreats, special events (hen’s, birthdays) corporate classes. These are a beautiful blend of yoga, deep relaxation, connection time, breath patterns, meditation and more. Half and whole day retreats, weekends and 5 days! Dru Yoga
Restorative Yoga
Dru Yoga is a lovely flowing, mindful, graceful form of yoga that feels very freeing and uplifting to do (and even to watch!). Dru helps you feel calm, balanced, uplifted and connected to the moment you are in. Everything else drops away and you just feel very present experiencing the movements, the breath, the lovely sensations, and sense of stillness within. I often hear the comment after class that people feel very centred, light, open-hearted and very relaxed. When we take time to be kinder to ourselves, it is so much easier to be kind to others.
Restorative Yoga is where you are completely supported on your mat by bolsters, cushions, and blankets while you rest in various positions in complete comfort. This enables your parasympathetic nervous system (the rest and repair part) to come online and do its beautiful, relaxing, healing work that helps to soothe and restore calm and peace to all systems of your body. It feels heavenly. I teach a modified version where you don’t need tons of blankets and lots of props. This makes it easy to do on your own at home. Everyone says they have the best sleep after this class!
